How to Celebrate the New Year in Los Angeles

This is the biggest New Year’s Eve countdown in Los Angeles and the West Coast’s flagship celebration with a midnight countdown projected onto City Hall. New Year’s Eve at Disneyland
On New Year’s Eve the world’s most famous theme park stays open until 2 AM. New Year’s Eve typically draws one Disneyland’s largest crowds of the year. And while Disneyland does fireworks every night, it’s truly something special on New Year’s Eve. Festivities at Disneyland will feature DJs in Tomorrowland, Fantasyland and Frontierland. EVE at Universal Studios Hollywood
EVE is park wide celebration with three live DJ party areas, live music, dancing and midnight fireworks. There’s desserts, beer, wine and champagne available for purchase at each party spot. Entertainment includes electronic dance music at Simpsons Plaza, Latin favorites in the lower lot, and pop hits at the Universal Plaza.
New Year’s Eve Aboard the Queen Mary
This 21 and over party offers a roaring 1920s-themed experience. The ship’s decks and ballrooms are brought to life with live music on multiple stages, dancing, themed experiences, and immersive entertainment. At midnight there’s a dazzling fireworks display over the Pacific Ocean!
Countdown at the NOS Center in San Bernardino
This intergalactic party is the perfect way to blastoff into the New Year. With over 30,000 attendees, it’s the largest New Year’s Eve party on the West Coast. Countdown offers alien themed, extraterrestrial stages: the Mothership, the Nebula, Area 51, and Twilight Zone.
